DuPage residents have a chance to tell leaders how they believe federal funds allocated to the county for housing and community needs should be spent. The county is conducting a survey to collect community input as it plans how it will allocate federal funding through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnership Program (HOME) and the Emergency Solutions Grant.
